Eloise is the Member and Community Events Coordinator at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and has worked for the organisation for three years in the Communications and Engagement team. Her area of work encompasses community engagement, education, and awareness building. She regularly represents the TIO on the road and at events, providing an opportunity to hear what is going on in the telco industry space, how members of the community are being affected and where they need help.

Previously, Eloise has worked in dispute resolution at the Heath Complaints Commission Victoria and Public Transport Victoria. She is an active community volunteer working with organisations that focus on vulnerable Australians. 

Eloise is passionate about her role in outreach, as it brings together her interests in community and accessibility, as well having a focus on building the reputation of the organisation. The COVID-19 pandemic made a huge impact on how the Outreach Team runs events. Eloise is currently managing the online webinar program for both telcos and community members, and is expanding the TIOs digital resources.
