I am a policy and research advisor, working in the Telecommunications Performance and Regulation Section of the ACMA. We are engaged in the development of telco consumer safeguards and provide input and advice on telco regulatory policy and associated research. We monitor telco industry performance through analysis of complaints data and consumer experience research, and work closely with the industry sector, consumer representative stakeholders and the TIO.
