Teresa was appointed to the newly created Chief Customer Advocate (CCA) position in November 2021. This role works to ensure customers are treated both fairly and responsibly and partners with the operational business units to provide impartial guidance. Feedback from key external stakeholders is also collected so that it is considered in the development and support of Telstra products. The CCA is impartial and independent, reporting regularly to both the Telstra Board and CEO leadership team. Teresa values transparency and understands that collaborative relationships lead to better customer outcomes.
