Jillian Williams is the Operations Manager at the Indigenous Consumer Assistance Network (ICAN). She has worked in consumer advocacy for the past 17 years as a consumer lawyer and as a former Director of Legal Practice at Consumer Action Law Centre. Jill leads a team of very dedicated and highly skilled financial counsellors at ICAN. ICAN provides financial counselling and capability services to people across north Queensland from Townsville to the Torres Strait Islands. It has offices in Cairns, Townsville, Atherton, Yarrabah and Palm Island and outreaches to local communities and to Lotus Glen prison.
